Residential/Commercial Property Locum - Sittingbourne,Kent
Our client, a well established firm based in Kent is currently looking to recruit a mixed Residential and Commercial Property Locum to assist for a minimum of 3 months to cover for an influx in work.
As with many of our clients at the moment, the residential and commercial porperty conveyancing department is very busy and thus will require someone comfortable working on a high volume of files.
The successful candidate will be working with a small, very personable conveyancing team on a variety of matters including:
The firm is ideally looking for someone who is happy and able to work within their office in Kent.
Given the uncertainty across the market at the moment, this is a very exciting opportunity offering an element of security and longevity to the assignment.
The role is to start as soon as possible.
