Childcare Solicitor

A well run and long established multisite law firm is seeking a family solicitor to take on a full caseload of care matters.

The post offers home working the majority of the time with a day or so every couple of weeks being in the Wrexham office.

The current Head of Department would like to bring a family solicitor with significant care experience into the firm, who is likely (but not essentially) on the Children Panel.

The role would involve managing your own caseload of childcare matters including adoption proceedings, care and supervision orders. You will have experience conducting advocacy up to final hearing, and in acting for parents and children in public law cases.

The salary is up to £40,000. For exceptional candidate our client might be willing to go beyond that.
