We are currently recruiting for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join one of the countries largest property litigation practices nationally who are consistently ranked highly in the Legal 500 in Manchester. You will get the opportunity to work closely with and learn from the property litigation Partners who are also ranked as 'leading individuals' in the Legal 500 which will give you exposure to clients ranging in value from £50m to over £1bn. Their impressive commercial client-base consists of recognisable international names, FTSE 100 listed companies and large multinational property developers.
Due to the size and structure of the department there is genuine opportunity for career progression through to Legal Director or Partner.

To be ideal for this position, you will have between four and eight years of experience as a property litigation solicitor. The firm would be open to considering a Director, Partner or team if there is a business case to support the application.
In this role you will be providing advice and support on a range of property related dispute issues for a range of the firm's clients, developing strong professional relationships. You will be carrying a full caseload of matters, working collaboratively with your new team as well as getting involved with the business development of your new firm. Worth noting that you will be given good exposure to clients allowing you to build on your personal contact base.
