My client, a highly regarded and long-established Top 50 law firm is recruiting for an Associate Solicitor for their Liverpool office. Working for one of the largest and most recognised Real Estate practices, with an impressive National client base, you will join the successful Liverpool team to manage a mixed caseload of asset management work, occupier lease work and wider real estate work for a number of public and private sector clients focusing primarily on residentially led property work.

The successful Residential Development Associate will be 2+ years qualified, however if your PQE level falls just outside this bracket and feel you meet the general criteria then your application will also be considered. You will be from a commercial background and ideally have experience of working with public sector bodies. You will also have good academics and sound technical knowledge to be selected for this position.
