Job Details
You will ideally be a commercial property solicitor with around 6 years PQE+, covering the full range of commercial property work and real estate development matters. The current team acts for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and section 106 obligations. You should be willing and able to assist with the management and supervision of junior staff and will ideally also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing.
