Plot Sales Paralegal

A leading Commercial Law firm based in Liverpool City Centre is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant/ Paralegal to join their property team.

The Role:

You will be supporting a Property Specialist dealing with all aspects of residential development sales from reservation to completion.

The role will include:

Providing the team of lawyers with administration support

Monitoring the progress of plots sales on development sites

Liaising with and dealing with enquires from purchaser solicitors, selling agents and clients

Supporting the production of legal documents

Dealing with post completion matters

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have previous relevant experience within Residential or Commercial Property ideally including Plot Sales.

You will be well organised and be able to work well under pressure.

Good computer skills including word and excel.

You will have excellent communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with solid administrative experience or previous conveyancing experience to join a leading national law firm with a reputation for technical expertise and commercial insight.

Salary up to £25,000.
