Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive - Essex
3 Years + PQE
£35,000 - £45,000
Our client is a long established, multi-office practice that is highly regarded in the Essex market.
They are seeking a competent Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy and successful department and enjoy a broad caseload of high quality instructions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and more complex matters to include transfer of equity, right to buy and new builds.
Reporting directly to the Residential Property Partner, you will have autonomy over your workload and will enjoy regular instructions and referrals from the firms loyal client base.
The firm provide a friendly, professional and mature atmosphere to work in and the successful candidate will enjoy a long term opportunity for growth and development.
In order to be considered for this position you must have experience of working within a busy conveyancing department at a reputable practice and have a solid technical grounding in the conveyancing process.
The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £35,000 to £45,000.
