Property Associate

The Opportunity:

A UK-top 100 firm are looking for a Property Associate to join their Commercial Property team! 

The team are growing rapidly and you would have the opportunity to take on an existing caseload with high-profile clients across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property solicitor who has a particular interest in social housing to become a specialist in this area.

This firm are known for offering brilliant promotion prospects for those who demonstrate great ambition and skill! 

What we are looking for: 

• Ideally 3-8 years PQE 
• Commercial property experience essential 
• Previous experience with social housing, landlord and tenant issues and development work
• A genuine interest in social housing projects 
• Experience of housing related property work

What you'll be doing:

You will be working with on a dynamic team with high-profile clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Managing an ongoing property portfolio 
• Building strong and lasting relationships with clients 
• Drafting legal analysis 
• Land acquisition and development work 
• Handling landlord and tenant matters 
• Liaising with colleagues across the board to deliver efficient service
