A boutique commercial / technology focussed law firm are looking to recruit a home based Corporate Associate with a good technical background.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3 years PQE Corporate Associate with commercial awareness and varied wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team. You will be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

Excellent training will be given and the work will involve a broad range of matters including work on all Companies Act, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
