Contentious Private Client NQ to 4 PQE - City firm - London


Great opportunity to join a well-regarded and friendly City firm in a wide-ranging Contentious Private Client role, suited to NQ to 4 PQE in this area. Your core focus will be advising on all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity disputes, disputes relating to the removal of trustees and personal representatives, estate and trust administration disputes and constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel claims. This role will see you acting for a range of clients including beneficiaries, executors and trustees, including individuals, trust companies and other organisations such as charities.

Candidates will have relevant experience gained within another City firm or well-regarded regional firm. Pay is competitive and the role offers excellent support and career progression opportunities. Benefits include flexible working practices (beyond the current restrictions).
