Job Details
QED have been instructed to find an experienced commercial property Solicitor. The role would be based in Redcar and can be either full or part time. Salary will be negotiable and will be dependent upon experience.
We are keen to speak to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Conveyancers with experience handling commercial property transactions which will include acquisition and sale of commercial premises, licenses, site acquisitions, rentals and contracts etc. The successful candidate will be able to manage a caseload independently, appreciate the necessity of providing exceptional client care and be pro active in their approach to business development.
