A leading law firm for healthcare and various other sectors is currently seeking a 1 year + PQE Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join their well establish team. This firm is ranked as a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm, currently leading nationally for the Healthcare Litigation work that they undertake.

My client advises NHS resolution, healthcare practitioners, NHS trusts, and various other medical defence organisations on a range of important healthcare issues.

The team you will be joining have worked on some highly publicised, ground breaking cases including complex birthing injury claims.

The Role

You will be dealing with a case-load of complex defendant healthcare litigation claims where you will be able to gain knowledge of the healthcare sector as a whole. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and attendance of trials, Litigating on cases, Interviewing and drafting of witness statements, arbitration and cost management.

To be successful in the interview process you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a defendant clinical negligence role whilst showing you have great interpersonal skills.
