Company Commercial Partner   

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Commercial Senior Associate / Partner to join an established practice as Partner and assist with the continued growth of the department and firm.

My client has an excellent reputation for achieving successful outcomes for their clients and they provide Company Commercial advice to a variety of clients, including local, regional and national companies.

In addition to advising an existing client base you will also be required to proactively participate in business development in order to grow the department.

Your busy caseload will consist of a real variety of Company Commercial matters including but not limited to; Company Structures and group re-structuring, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and sales and purchase of businesses.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Associate looking to progress their career and gain partnership or someone who is currently at Partner level but keen to embark upon new challenges.

You will be a confident team leader, whilst a following is highly desirable it is not essential.

It is envisaged the successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 Yrs PQE.

Salary is based on a range of factors including PQE, accomplishments and any potential "following" £70,000  - £100,000
