JOB TITLE:                  Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:         5+ years’
LOCATION:                 Hertfordshire    
SALARY:                     £50,000 - £70,000
 
PRIVATE CLIENT ASSOCIATE/SOLICITOR:
 With a minimum of five years’ PQE, the right solicitor will have experience of the administration of Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning, Will and Trust Drafting and Elderly Client work.  Membership of STEP and SFE is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a growing Wills and Probate team who are friendly, energetic, dynamic, and committed to achieving excellence.  Experience of providing supervisory responsibilities within the team is advantageous along with willingness to implement new working practices.  You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills.  You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing articles.  You must enjoy looking after clients and demonstrate skill and sensitivity in dealing with the bereaved and the elderly. The overall purpose To undertake client work allocated by the Head of Probate in accordance with detailed procedures, and quality standards set out in the Firm’s office manual or departmental checklists. To be seen and regarded as an experienced and knowledgeable Solicitor within the Probate Department. There are outstanding career development opportunities on offer.
