Planning Lawyer NQ Minimum 2 years qualified
Join a growing Planning team that specialises in planning, environmental and local government work and acts for major developers and on infrastructure projects. Dealing with all aspects of planning law including negotiations and appeals for planning and associated consents, the drafting and negotiation of planning and related agreements and the environmental implications of development proposals.
Known for their excellent client service, superb technical ability and invaluable practical experience they are the largest planning team in the North and have a stand alone planning department where the quality of work for solicitors is unparalleled.
The team has dealt with over 30 planning appeals in the last two years, dealing with varied sectors such as waste/renewables, motorway services, residential, and retail schemes.
The ideal candidate will have two years minimum experience working in Planning Law, excel as a team player with superior communication skills.
Salary is competitive DOE
