Job Details
A new opportunity with a well established law firm in Leicestershire for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join their respected team. You will initially work remotely due to the pandemic and then afterwards from their branch office North of the City centre.
You will have a background of residential conveyancing, but some knowledge of commercial conveyancing would be of added interest. Your caseload will encompass:
- Buying and selling residential property
- Re-mortgages
- Transfer of Equity
- First Time Buyers
- Acting on behalf of Lenders
- Acquisition and disposal of Leasehold property
- Help to Buy Scheme Loan
The salary on offer will be generous dependent upon experience.
