The Role

The Corporate team act for both buyers and business owners in a wide range of industry sectors. Transactions range from strategic acquisitions to entrepreneurs selling or exiting their businesses. Clients include large corporates as well as listed companies, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and individual shareholders.

The team advises on national and international deals ranging in value from less than £5 million to up to and over £100 million.

They now require a talented Associate with 0-3 years PQE to join the deal making activity and to excel within the practice.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with experience from a respected corporate practice
• You will have had excellent exposure to a range of deals in your career
• 2 years PQE with no real upper limit
