The Commercial Property team at Wollens boasts a number of prominent local and national clients, particularly within the hospitality and food and drink sectors.  The ideal candidate will be a keen and enthusiastic paralegal, and previous commercial property experience and a flair for marketing would be an advantage. You will have excellent client care and time management skills as the department, and the firm, prides itself on exceeding clients’ expectations.

You will be working in the area of commercial property and your role will involve supporting and working with 3 Solicitors, with a variety of commercial property work, including commercial leases, commercial property sale and purchases, business asset sales, and handling your own case load with an opportunity to progress.
