My client has built its reputation of excellence over the course of 200 years. They offer legal services which cover Merseyside specifically as well as nationally in both private and commercial settings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment solicitor either starting out in their career or already established and looking for a new challenge. You will manage a caseload of files which include but not limited to matters such as;
- Providing advice on employment law issues to SMEs
- Settlement agreements
- Drafting of policies and contracts
- Undertaking Advocacy at the Employment Tribunals
Key Skills & Experience:
The firm is looking for a proactive Employment Solicitor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commercial mind set. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can manage their own caseload with light supervision.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has high level of academic attributes, a driven and professional manner, with bags of enthusiasm and strong organisational skills.
Advocacy is a strong advantage; it would be advantageous for you to have at least 1year PQE or relevant previous experience within a respondent environment.
