Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer - Management

LAW Absolute is recruiting on an exclusive basis to a permanent Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer position with a local authority based in London.

About the Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer position:

• You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Lawyers and 1 paralegal.
• You will lead on all strategic advice and management of adults work.
• Undertake casework as and when required with regards to NRPF, JR, COP, DOL’s etc.
• You will work closely with the Strategic Director and Assistant Director for Adults and will need to have a proven track record of management skills in this area.

In order to be considered for the role it is essential you have previous experience managing a team and a sound legal knowledge with relation to all areas of adult social care.

You will need to have the confidence and experience to lead the department and work as part of a wider management team. This role will report in to the Principal Lawyer.

A current practising certificate will be required in order to be considered for the role.
