A Social Housing Solicitor is required by a national law firm in their Hampshire office

The Role
The role will involve responsibility for your own case load, with some support available
from Paralegals as well as working closely with the Partners and other Solicitors on
business development opportunities and marketing. The work will involve running a high quality litigation case load, anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair will be highly regarded.
 
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing management work.
 A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients is therefore very important.
 
Salary to £40,000-£50,000
