Due to expansion an ambitious, client service driven Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a leading Legal 500 ranked Newcastle law firm. Applications are invited from positively charged, qualified Residential Conveyancers of all levels looking to progress their careers in a professional, highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation across the region. Salary is upwards of £27,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and excellent benefits including bonus and generous holiday entitlement.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join a small, friendly and supportive team that delivering high levels of service to a local and regional client base. Managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Some Private Client work may form part of the caseload where there is appetite. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy with caseloads tailored around skill set and full training and development will be provided by an experienced Property Partner.

The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running a caseload. Wills and probate experience an advantage but not essential.
