Your new firm
This leading Top 100 Commercial firm has a Tier 1 Directory ranked Regulatory Litigation and Compliance team, providing expert litigation and advisory services to a broad range of clients within the Education and Charity sectors. Due to strong growth of high quality work within the department they are looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join the team in their Bristol office.


Your new role
Working for one of the largest legal teams providing legal support to clients within the Education sector, you will enjoy a varied caseload ranging from advisory work on policies, procedures and contracts, to handling and supporting with claims and complaints to industry regulators and inspectorates. Due to the often sensitive nature of claims within the Education and Charity sectors, you will often play a key role in handling high-profile reputational management claims.

You will enjoy the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships and play your part in a collegiate and friendly team.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious Regulatory Litigation lawyer with a strong and varied Regulatory skillset gained with a leading national or regional firm. With excellent academics, you will be used to working in a high paced team environment and be happy to run matters under your own steam with oversight. You will be able to communication effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing to both clients and colleagues.

Experience of advising clients in the Education and/or Charity sectors would be a distinct advantage.
