Could you be an innovator and help a hugely ambitious and heavily backed property company build an In-house "fit-for-purpose" department and team of conveyancing colleagues, capable of handling significant number of acquisitions to add to their residential rental portfolio?

You're likely to have a background in residential property and be highly familiar with the processes, but experience of initiating innovative projects, systems, process or protocols will prove invaluable, as this is very much a position to make your own and working alongside the Directors.
You'll naturally need to recruit help in time and thereafter prove an efficient and effective manager, so previous experience of overseeing a team is equally desirable, whilst you'll be a natural communicator as well as being exceptionally organised.
Roles such as these come along very infrequently and I'd be interested in speaking to qualified solicitors with a strong background in conveyancing and management, who are able to work in the south Yorkshire region. Whilst this is an autonomous and grown-up role, I think its clear there will be a need for this person to be office based in the main (post-pandemic) in order to help get this exciting new project off the ground and up and running.
