RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

A reputable and growing law firm with offices across the North West are currently seeking a Residential  Conveyancer or to join their team in their established property team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Fee Earners.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience dealing with a wide range of conveyancing matters.

Your caseload will be varied which will include sales & purchases, leases, shared ownership, remortgage, right to buy, new builds etc. 

The firm can be flexible in relation to hours and the role will involve a mixture of working in the office and from home.
