The Role
The Personal Injury Lawyer will be litigating Personal Injury Fast Track (EL, PL and some RTA) cases for union members, union friends and family scheme clients whilst working under supervision. The Personal Injury Lawyer will have experience of running your own case load and have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy.
 
 
The Candidate
Candidate must at least be NQ - 2years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in working on Fast Track EL, PL and some RTA. The firm like most, presently promote agile working, which is also part of our longer term planning, but candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance from the office.
