RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
You must be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, ideally 2+ years’ experience within a similar role. Have sound knowledge of conveyancing transactions, handling freehold, leasehold, newbuild and help to buy. You will display confidence working autonomously, excellent time management and self-motivation and comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals. Contribute to a culture of teamwork and high performance, with a strong focus on customer care. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be gaining exposure to some high quality residential property matters including lease extensions, sale and purchases for high net worth individuals and large residential portfolios. You will maintain regular contact with clients and ensuring regular updates are provided within agreed internal and external SLAs and within company procedures. To act in accordance with the firms regulatory requirements. Deal with the other side solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, clients and local authorities in an efficient and professional manner.
