My client is a prestigious law firm which is Chambers rated and are well-known for the high level of service and good quality of work that they deal with.

The firm are looking to develop their Contentious Probate offering with the appointment of a technically strong fee earner with upwards of 4 years PQE.

Supporting their Property Litigation team this is an opportunity for an experienced contentious probate solicitor or legal executive to build on the work that is there and take things to the next level.

You should have a background in Private Client Disputes, with good knowledge of court litigation processes, excellent communication skills and a real passion for contentious probate work.

This role comes with excellent prospects and would be a perfect stepping stone for a candidate perhaps working in a top-heavy seeking a route for career progression / partnership.

Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Dorset region.

Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a high quality of work, which will include; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.
