Commercial Contracts Lawyer

A leading professional services company is currently recruiting for an interim lawyer for a 6 month contract with scope for extension/permanency.

The ideal candidate willl have 4 years+ experience (as a guide only) with in-house expertise. You will be responsible for

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracs
• Advising on GDPR and IP matters

A professional services background is preferrable but candidates from all industries are encouraged to apply. If you have experience dealing with public sector contracts then we would particularly love to hear from you.

Working directly with their Head of Legal, you will be providing support across the business and be able to hit the ground running from day one.
