Job Details
A modern Law Firm based in Maidstone are looking for a Property Litigator with at least 2 years PQE to join their flourishing Litigation team. If you are looking for a Property Litigation role in a firm which can offer a high-quality case load, a progressive and friendly culture with work life balance this could be the perfect opportunity.
This role will see you managing a Property Litigation caseload which will include commercial & residential landlord & tenant issues, ownership disputes, boundaries, rights of way, nuisance, trespass, agricultural and rural land issues as well as leasehold issues.
You should have at least 2 years PQE, you may already specialise in property litigation or you may be a general litigator who has good experience of property litigation who wishes to move towards specialising in this area.
Salary is very much negotiable and really depends on your background. The firm do offer generous salaries as well as a full benefits package and options for progression.
