Your new company
Opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join an Executive Agency, who are responsible for carrying out UK Government's debt management, for up to 6 months.

Your new role
As the Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing an array of complex employment law casework, providing legal support and advice on corporate matters with specific focus on employment law and other staff related matters. You will carry out legal research, assisting with updating of templates, checklists and other know-how.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will be qualified to practice law in England & Wales as a solicitor or barrister and have considerable experience in similar position and have a strong track record with managing complex employment law casework.You will have experience of leading complex employment work casework, as well leading on liaison and interaction with external legal advisers and stakeholders. You will have strong inter-personal skills, and ability to work both as part of the team and with minimal supervision. Finally, a strong understanding of UK civil service employment practice would be desirable.
