Senior Associate Solicitor- Corporate - Cambridge

An opportunity has come up within the corporate team at one of the areas leading commercial practices in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be joining a corporate team with a national reputation in dealing with a broad range of matters such as acquisitions and disposals, restructuring mergers and takeovers, MBOs, MBIs, BIMBOs, equity finance and joint ventures. They operate across a broad range of sectors representing owner-managed and family businesses, start-up and spin-out companies, public companies, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms as well as international companies.

The successful candidate for this position will likely be a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years experience of working within the corporate team of a city, national or large regional practice.
