Family Solicitor
A very experienced family solicitor is required to join a family team in Birmingham. The family solicitor will be required to manage a case load of privately funded family files on a full time basis.
The Firm
A law firm with offices based in the Birmingham area and employing over 40 staff. The firm work across all areas of law providing legal services to clients from business and individuals.
The Role
The family department work with large percentage of high net worth clients offering good quality work. The Family Solicitor will manage a case load of privately funded family files including divorce, separation, cohabitation, ancillary relief and private children law.
The Candidate
The successful family solicitor will have extensive previous post qualification experience in dealing with privately funded matrimonial cases including divorce, financial matters and children law. Previous advocacy experience would be beneficial in addition to strong experience in the preparation of trial bundles for both county court and the family proceedings court.
The family solicitor will contribute to the expansion of the client base through business development activities and the firms marketing.
