Leading law firm in Dorset looking for a Litigation Solicitor for Civil Litigation, based in Dorchester.

Your new role

The role will involve working within a busy team on a varied civil litigation caseload. Candidates must have proven experience of handling a variety of civil litigation matters with minimal supervision, and will demonstrate the characteristics required to ensure the highest client service standards are maintained whist also meeting time recording and billing targets. Working knowledge of Personal Injury, Debt Recover and Contentious Probate work is highly desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 0-3 years PQE
• Proven ability to meet/exceed fee earning, time recording and billing target
• Experience in civil litigation is a must
• Experience in Personal Injury and Contentious Probate will be highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client service skills
• Good team player, flexibility and initiative
• Reliable, conscientious and approachable
