JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: £28,000 - £34,000

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will handle conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, declarations of trust, remortgages, freehold, leasehold and unregistered titles. You will maintain high standards of performance and customer service and effectively utilise the case managements systems. You will gain exposure to complex and bespoke transactions and have opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally 3+ years PQE, the succesful individual can either be a qualified Conveyancer or an established fee earner within a Residential Conveyancing team. You will have proficient knowledge of handling a range of Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion. Experience of supervising junior team members would be advantageous but not essential. Diligence, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are key to succeed in this position.
