The Role

The firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 8 years + PQE to join their Birmingham office.

The firm have big plans to expand this department further in line with their continued growth. They require a Solicitor to join them who is ambitious and really wanting to progress. Many of the hires they make as a firm are for the future partnership.

You will be joining a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with SMEs and rural sector clients. They operate across many industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology and Media space.

You will deal with a broad range of commercial disputes including contract, IP, shareholder and directorship, crisis PR and debt recovery.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 8 years + PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing and client facing work
