A Financial Mis-Selling fee earner is required to join our client, a strong and longstanding law firm in central Newcastle upon Tyne. This financial mis-selling department is looking to expand and has a new Financial Mis-Selling role. To be considered it is essential that you have financial mis-selling experience. Those without will not be considered.

The law firm is a successful private practice that implements a modern ethos and culture. This could be a very exciting time to join the team, as our client plans to expand and develop their financial mis-selling and consumer credit claims further. Joining now, would give you the ability to really make a name for yourself and be involved in the further growth of the team.

Role

-You will join a sizeable team of six financial mis-selling fee earners and four additional members for paralegal and administrative support.

-You will run a caseload of pre and post litigated mis-sold solar claims from start to completion.

-Your caseload will be 80 - 100 files and you will prepare and submit the claims and issue proceedings.

Experience

-The key element of experience required is you must have financial mis-selling experience and those without will not be considered.

-The perfect candidate will have solar panel experience, but acknowledging this is a specialist field, candidates from a more generalist mis-selling background will be happily considered. This experience must be recent.

-Our client is happy to consider applications from fee earners of any level of qualification and so is happy for Paralegals, Chartered Legal Executives, non-qualified fee earners and Solicitors to apply, provided you have strong financial mis-selling experience.

-Naturally, good knowledge of the CPR rules and consumer credit is required.

-Our client uses Proclaim so experience with this case management system is ideal but not essential.
