The firm are looking to hire a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor into their Bristol office to assist with growth across investment, management and real estate finance.

You will be encouraged to assist with business development and networking which long term will further build your regional presence.

The client base is broad and includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies nationally.

You will also be responsible for assisting in managing and training junior fee earners and support staff within the department - so previous experience of this is advantageous.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge across all matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development and a client following is advantageous
