Healthcare Lawyer - Dorset

Leading law firm on the South Coast with a strong reputation and clients nationally and acts for clients across a very broad spectrum and deals with quality work for clients within niche sectors nationwide.

Their healthcare team is highly regarded and recognised nationally. Due to on-going success an additional member is required to join.

The role will involve advising and representing clients on a range of issues across the health and social care sector, including defending civil and criminal enforcement action by the Care Quality Commission, safeguarding investigations, allegations of neglect or ill-treatment, criminal prosecutions, Coroners inquests, fee disputes and regulatory due diligence, amongst other matters. The team acts for a variety of care providers, ranging from family run businesses to large national corporate providers.

Ideally, you will be a solicitor that has trained and qualified at a reputable law firm and ideally gained experience dealing with inquests or enforcement action by the Care Quality Commission, together with a willingness to develop new skills and engage in effective business development.

My client offers a highly competitive salary with on-going benefits and embraces flexible/agile working.
