Family Lawyer | West Sussex
£35,000 - £60,000 per year

A Chambers ranked, Legal 500 West Sussex firm has asked us to assist them in finding an ambitious and personable Family Lawyer to join its highly reputable team.

About the Role

The firm is now looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to fit seamlessly into the family department. You will be joining a small but highly knowledgeable team that is looking to grow over the next few years. You will need existing experience of handling all family law matters, including:

• Divorce & separation
• Ancillary relief
• Civil partnerships
• Children issues
• Cohabitation issues
• Pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Advocacy experience would be preferable, although not essential

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for an ambitious Family Lawyer who demonstrates:

• 2+ years’ PQE
• You will be working closely with the HOD, therefore need to be comfortable in running your own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision.
• You will be involved in marketing and business development of the department.
