LOCUM REGULATORY SOLICITOR/ASSOCIATE/BARRISTER – 3+ PQE – LONDON – FTC 6 MONTHS – SALARY £45,000 - £55,000 – TOP 100 FIRM - JOB REF:2956

This 6 month fixed term contract opportunity will suit an experienced Regulatory Solicitor or Barrister looking to further their career. Joining to take responsibility for a large existing caseload, as well as taking instruction on new files. The majority of the caseload will include fitness to practice investigations referred by leading healthcare regulators. To progress the cases you will undertake investigations and compile reports of findings. With the assistance of Paralegals you will fully prepare cases for hearing. This role is being offered by a leading top 100 firm and presents an enviable opportunity for the successful candidate. The appointed Regulatory candidate will be qualified to practice in England, having qualified as either a Solicitor or a Barrister. You will have held a regulatory role for in excess of 3 years, ideally having handled healthcare regulation matters in the past. The firm is keen to appoint a Regulatory Solicitor with exceptional organisation and strong attention to detail.
