Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to be part of this successful Shropshire practice and join a Commercial Litigation department that represents clients across the West Midlands. 

Ideally you will have gained at least 3 years' PQE within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload. You will be joining a small team but one that still deals with complex legal matters and a wide variety of work to include: contract disputes, shareholder & partnership disputes, insolvency matters, property disputes, boundary disputes and professional negligence. Whilst it's not expected that you have dealt with all of the above, the more experience the better as you will be handling a mixed caseload. 

The team currently consists of x3 Solicitors and support staff, so you will fit into a structure that does offer the opportunity to progress your career and increase your responsibilities. One aspect of this role that will be expected of you is business development, as a regional practice all fee earners are expected to bring in some form of work and to contribute to the department. 

Salary for this role is based on existing your existing package and PQE level however as a smaller firm they are able to offer extra benefits like a flexible working patterns, a pleasant work/life balance and generous holiday allowance.
