Litigation Solicitor

We are currently looking for a Litigation Solicitor who specialises in Civil Disputes, on behalf of a well-known firm in Exeter. Ideally you will have 3-5 years post qualified experience.

You will be expected to advise mainly on Employment disputes on both employee and employer matters surrounding:

• Settlement agreements
• Tribunal Claims
• County Court Claims
• Non-contentious work
• TUPE

You will also have a varied caseload in other areas of civil litigation matters involving contentious probate, landlord and tenant, property disputes as well as some commercial disputes. Along with managing a successful and varied caseload you will also be given the opportunity to business develop with the support of the firms effective marketing and business development team.
