Job Details
The role will include:
• Working alongside experienced Fee Earners and Solicitors to complete the conveyancing transactions.
• Assisting with cases to exchange, dealing with both freehold and leasehold residential properties.
• Carrying out searches.
• Working in a fast-paced environment to get files complete.
• Dealing with client enquiries, via telephone, email and face to face.
• Drafting legal documents.
The ideal candidate:
• Will have previously worked in a busy Residential Conveyancing team in a support capacity.
• Able to work to deadlines.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fantastic customer service skills when dealing with clients.
