A Post Completions assistant within the Conveyancing department is required for a successful law firm based on the Wirral. You must have previous experience dealing with post completion matters and will play a vital part in the overall purpose. For an ambitious candidate, the firm are happy to provide first class training so you can progress into a conveyancing fee earning position and develop your career.

The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient processing of land registry applications and completed file management. You will understand the main aspects of the conveyancing process you will deal with all HMLR registrations, requisitions and file closing processes and ensure that all internal SLA's are maintained.

Your overall goal will be to ensure submission of registration applications within priority periods, maintain efficient correspondence with lenders and to support the conveyancing teams in dealing with matter enquiries pursuant to completion under the supervision of your Supervisor.

The role is full time working 9-5pm and the role will be based from home for now during Covid (this may change).
