A private practice law firm with a number of offices require an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor as part of their succession planning in their North Hampshire office.
 
The Firm
A traditional private practice offering legal services across many areas such as family, private client, commercial, litigation and conveyancing. They employ a number of very experienced lawyers with excellent reputations for delivering good quality legal advice.
 
The Role
The Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will be required to run a mixed case load of commercial and some residential property files to include large and small retail properties, varied business properties, flats, development land and sites, manufacturing premises, industrial units, acquisitions and disposals. The work will involve freehold and leasehold property with some leaseback options too.
 
The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in dealing with commercial conveyancing work. The successful person will be self motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
Salary dependent upon experience.
