Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Newcastle 

QED Legal have been instructed to find a Conveyancing Fee Earner for a new role with a full service commercial firm based in Newcastle.  Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be c£25K

The role will involve handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files that would include  sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. 

The firm have built up a solid and enviable reputation In Newcastle and across the North of England and as such they are constantly inundated with work across the board but particularly in their property teams.  It is envisioned that the successful candidate will be committed to the firm and help to further develop the team through taking an active role in new business development.

Applications are invited from candidates with upwards of 2 years experience working within a busy conveyancing department, ideally handling their own caseload under supervision.  You should have a strong working knowledge of residential property law and procedures and have the ability to multi task, working well under pressure.  The firm are happy to consider junior solicitors from NQ - 2 years PQE as well as non qualified fee earners and paralegals.
