The role will encompass the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters including; contracts for sales and purchases, remortgages, redemptions, equity transfer, planning enquiries, liaising with clients etc.
The role is open to all levels of PQE, although it has been expressed that the ideal candidate would preferably have at least one year PQE or the aptitude to be able to ‘hit the ground running.’ You will be required to manage a case load from initial instruction to completion.
