LAW Absolute are working with a top 50 law firm based in Birmingham who are looking for a Paralegal to join their Housing Development and Regeneration team.  

You will be advising on all aspects of Residential Development and Housing Led Regeneration and be acting on behalf of house builders, mixed use developers, landowners and investors.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Building relationships with their developer clients,
• Dealing with enquiries on development sites,
• Negotiate and draft affordable completion documentation,
• Support fee earners on their land deals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and have ideally completed the LPC. It is essential you have a minimum of a year’s experience as a paralegal within Real Estate in a similar setting. It is highly advanteagous if you have gained experience within Housing Development and Regeneration.
