Job Details
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Fee Earner to develop their career in a highly regarded niche family firm. Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with the requisite experience will be considered.
Your caseload will be a mix of legal aid and private matters, though predominantly legal aid to include; divorce, cohabitation disputes, children matters, injunctions and financial matters. Supervision will be provided.
You will need:
- 2 years experience handling own caseload of family matters,
- Experience of handling legal aid matters is required,
- Excellent business development and networking skills,
- Excellent client care skills.
Competitive salary package and benefits. Standard office hours are 37 per week - 9.00am to 5.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Fridays but flexible hours can be considered, including an element of home-working.
